Lemme tell you, as a brazilian myself this country is a fucking joke when it comes to paperwork and bureaucracies, and tbh even the dumbest possible laws where you can't modify any of your vehicles almost even the slightest. If it wasn't for all this bullshit I would say this country would be one of the best to live in. Brazilians are wholesome, laws and policies are mental. Not even mentioning taxes, fees and everything costing x3 times what it should cost because politicians need their cut.
